Residential Programme for Church Youth Groups

Why doesn’t your youth fellowship do something a ‘bit different’ this year for your residential?

Youth Solutions will provide the venue for your group, and if required, the speaker and subject matter too.

Particularly (although not exclusively) aimed at young men, Youth Solutions will provide and experience that will challenge physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Using some of the themes from John Eldridge’s Wild at Heart, Way of the Wild Heart, Fathered by God and The Masculine Journey, we will look at how young people today see themselves in regard to church. Also introducing some themes from Celtic Christianity we will ask, “How do you hear God talk to you?”

All this incorporated with a Bushcraft experience in some of Northern Ireland’s most scenic forests. Your group will learn:

• Campsite safety
• Correct use of cutting tools
• Building individual and group shelters
• Fire making – without modern tools
• Backwoods cooking
• Leave no trace approach to camping

Altogether, a brilliant weekend awaits your group!
